Type 2 and have neruophany in my feet on painkillers but in pain at night any helpful ideas??
 
How is your glucose control? What meds are you on?

Can you tell us something about your diabetes treatment and your diet? What are your blood sugar levels? All these things are important in knowing how to advise you.

Hi have the pains in.both off my legs the pain makes me cry it's horrible trying to walk having a normal life is out off the question

Try acupuncture. I have neuropathy too but made worse by the fact I've had 4 spinal operations n find it helps x
 
My blood sugars are around 6_7 most of the time,I try not to eat sugar but sometimes fail! On a new drug forxgia finding it very good
 
Forxiga is good for getting rid of some of your blood glucose via your kidneys through their urine output. You still need to avoid creating too much blood glucose. Cut out obvious sugars and moderate the consumption of simple carbs such as bread, pasta, root vegetables etc as a first step to letting the drug do its best work.
