I thought many of you might be interested in a new book that I have just obtained
Carbs and cals - a visual guide .
It is a visual guide - lots of pics of foods, meals as portions!

The introduction section does push the 50% carbs but you can ignore that and look at the pics!
I think I will use it for more than just diabetics - will be useful with my sports work!
