I’m now trying to conquer the carb and for the first time around it seems to be working with little to no side effects but BG are into the double digits. What to do next. I’ve been told about Ozempic but it’s only been out since 2018.
My main worry is the once a month jab and what are the side effects of Ozempic.
If you have reduced your carbs you should be seeing a reduction in your BG levels. It may take some time to get down to the figures you are looking for. What is your current carb intake? We are all different in how many carbs our bodies can tolerate.
