new internet address

on or around the 23rd december, i,m changing suppliers, but it will be sometime in first week of january that i will get someone to set up the hub and get onto bt
has anyone changed providers since being on the forum?
i looked at my profile where it says change address, and says may need too reconfirm
did this happen to anyone? i,m just worried that i won,t get back online here
 

Why not drop @Giverny a private message and see what she suggests? I'm sure there'll be a way.

If it's any consolation, the BT kit is very heavily personalised before they send it out to you, so hopefully, it should go well.
 
As long as you remember your password, you'll still be able to log on to the forum

It won't affect your password @ally1. You can log on from anywhere. For example if you were in a hotel. All you need is your username @ally1 and your password....that doesn't change. Your e mail stays the same too
You are only changing internet providers. Nothing else
