I'm new around here - and Low carb is gonna be the forum I spend most time in! I've lo-carbed on and off for about 5 years now. My first forray was the most successful, and I lost 2 stone in 2 months! My BGs were that of a non-diabetic (I'm Type 2 - non-medicated at the time, but on Metformin/Supralip/Simvastatin now).
Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm on a super-health kick at the moment so I'll be around here VERY often for advice!
