Hi all
I’m new on here I am pre diabetic and have been sent on a NHS course for pre diabetics to hopefully prevent me becoming diabetic by my doctor.
3 months in on the 8 month course and I’m just beginning to regulate my way of eating and about how my body handles the food I eat.
It is challenging as I’m vegetarian and do not eat meat alternatives but I think I’m getting there.
I’m hoping to get a few tips from fellow member who are vegetarians and also meat eaters
