I have just joined and the main reason for doing so is that in July I started to do the Pathway to remission programme and since then I have lost 3 stone in weight and reduced my blood sugars. I had a repeat HbA1c done yesterday and I am hoping that this will confirm my Type 2 is now in remission. I have done 12 weeks of total diet replacement which meant I only had either shakes, soup or porridge 4 times a day for 12 weeks and then every fortnight I then dropped a shake and replaced it with a healthy low carb meal. I am now in the final week of introducing food, I now have 3 meals a day. I am finding this really difficult though and have joined for low carb meal ideas.
