Hi everyone
I was first diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes over 10 years ago.
Currently managed by use of Metformin tablets (4 a day)
Was on glicazide as well until about 3 years ago but after losing 3 stone in weight was able to come off it.
I'm male, 67 years old. Work part time but about to retire fully (next week)
I live in West Midlands close to Birmingham Airport.
Married
3 children, all married with children - 4 grandchildren.
Interests - Railways, model railways, video work and editing.
Recently purchased a motorhome and hope to be travelling next year.
Practising Christian - Reader (more commonly know as a lay preacher) at our local CofE church.
