Diet doctor being one of them.10g is very low. Which websites have you been looking at?
Sounds like you are already ketogenic. Many people find when they first start very low carbing they feel rough, often flue like. But it passes, normally I believe in a few days, and most people say once you are through it, you start to feel much better, fitter and stronger. I have been ketogenic for 6 months now, but never hit the bad patch, maybe because I went low carb slowly. I am now definitely fitter and stronger. This feeling of chronic fatigue is worrying me, is this common will it lift? I'm a huge fan of weight lifting and there is no way I can hit the gym feeling like this . Should I increase my carbohydrates a bit and throw some berries in there like blueberries and strawberries?
it's nice not craving for carbs, isn't it, you are in the process of keto..only a few more days to goThank you.
Hi thereI'm only a week in and I had to have some chocolate nuts as I nearly fainted and they were the closest sugary thing to hand. I'm very disappointed with myself and getting confused with all the information out there. Should I try having vegetables with more carbohydrates in? I'm very close to jacking this in as it's getting to be very unbearable feeling dizzy and weak!
