Hi, I am Gemma, 24 pregnant with my 3rd baby and have been diagnosed again with Gestational Diabetes.

I have joined this as I am finding it alot harder with this pregnancy to get this under control.

I live in South Lanarkshire, Scotland with my two kids...my partner lives in Ayr and we are moving in together in the summer.
