He suggests a moderate amount of cheese, I notice it's in at least one of your meals each day, sometimes two.
That is the trouble with the words "moderate amount". We all have different views on what moderate is..
Cheese is certainly very calorific. It is one of the foods I am now eating to stop losing weight.
It's a killer for me. A 400g block has my days calorie allowance in it by itself.
The slice of reduced fat I have at breakfast is better, still 80 calories though.
