Hi, i've been reading this forum for a while and decided to give LCHF a go after being told by my GP to loose weight am on day 3 now and was hoping to get some advice on what I have been eating so far.

Day 1
Greek yoghurt + seeds
2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms
pork cutlett with melted cheese. Mixed green veg
snack was 1 hard boiled egg
1litre water and 3 cups tea

Day 2
3 egg omelette mushroom cheese
Cod fillet poached in milk with butter and parsley
mixed salad.
Snack smoked cheese and an apple
same drinks

Today
3egg omelette bacon + mushrooms cheese
chicken breast cooked in tomatoes mushrooms and garlic and loads of green veg.
Snack later is natural yoghurt and seeds.

I don't feel hungry at all but not quite sure if I have it right.
Any advice on my days so far would really be appreciated.

Sam

Thanks for the reply....am adding salt at the moment so hopefully will help. The apple was because i hadn't really thought about snacks so wasn't prepared lol. Nuts etc on the shopping list now.

Thanks for the welcome will definately have a read

That is the trouble with the words "moderate amount". We all have different views on what moderate is..
Cheese is certainly very calorific. It is one of the foods I am now eating to stop losing weight.

It's a killer for me. A 400g block has my days calorie allowance in it by itself.
The slice of reduced fat I have at breakfast is better, still 80 calories though.

Not any more.
A rare treat now.
A block can last weeks.
