Sound Brian good win for the baggies eh I see you've not long been diagnosed with diabetes then Brian how you doing with the change (slightly) in lifestyle ?

I have my good days and my bad days but to be honest the nurse has never passed on any of my results to me but I have an appointment at the docs Tuesday and I'm going in guns a blazing I went to hospital on the 22nd Dec for a cysts optometrists and biopsy and they done my blood sugars when I told them I was type 2 . My reading was 19.4 the nurse wasn't a happy chappy,
Glad the baggies had a win can't see the villa staying up this season tbh
