Im John from Canberra Australia. I am 67 years of age and 89ks in weight.
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes around 20 years ago and today was placed on insulin when triple therapy seemed to have failed. (METFORMIN X 2 daily., diamacrin x 1 Am and byetta x2 daily. My current fasting readings have been around 14mm and hovered usually around 13-20+ during the day.
I have question about vevegable juice drinks but will try to put it in the diet forum.
