my old diet was fairly healthy. lots of salads, skinless chicken, vegetables, nothing fried. i actually changed to a healthier diet last year and started walking a lot to help me lose weight. it seems to have all started since then! i occasionally have too many roast potatoes about 1/2 a week. but have stopped that. only eat bread about once every few weeks. they have told me to switch to granary bread and only two slices for breakfast. was told a whole meal pitta with my salad would be good, and no more then 3/4 egg size bolied potatoes per serving. i actually had a lower reading a few hours after eating a couple of chocolate biscuits then i have with my new healthy diet.
