Newly Diagnosed and Trying to Stay Positive

You'll find hopefully as many of us have that the diagnosis was the best thing that could have happened.
Now you can have control over your own health.
 
Type 2 Diabetes is preventable with diet change and exercise.
You can put it in remission or reverse it, however if you go back to your old ways you will get complications.
What's the difference?
If you have a predisposition to developing diabetes you can prevent it by changing your diet.
Exactly the same diet change that can get you in remission.

So in both cases you'll have to stick to those diet changes or you'll get diabetes (again).

The outcome is the same: no diabetes (anymore) and stick to sensible food.
