Thank you so much This would not have been possible without your help. Yes, I plan on keeping the habits that I have developed. Also, I don't crave the food items I have given up. So, it is a bit easier for me now.

This journey has made me take my health seriously. So, I plan to get checked every three months and keep everything in check.
