Meant to say. I have veggie soup or an omelete for breakfast, roast chicken salad, pork chops roasted kale half a corn cob, lunch / dinner is meat and lots of veggies, snacks are dairy free cheese and cucumber, toasted nuts, chickpeas lettuce tomato. I put olive oil apple cider vinegar mustard or hummus on veggies. I make homemade chicken or pork stock and use this in veggie soups. I went through high bg and was so lost about what to eat. Now back on track for the moment-Good luck!
