Ok, so I read that best measurement to take is 1 hr after eating. So, did another 1.5 mile run, came home and immediately are. 1 hr after reading 6.3. Will do another reading in an hours time.
Fasting 5.2
Breakfast at 9am
10am 6.0
11am 5.6
1pm 5.1 post exercise
6.30pm 4.8
10.30pm 2hrs post eating 5.5
Could not get a 1hr post eating as out with the grand kids.
