I was on the paleo diet before I was diagnosed, just wondering if anyone who as diabetes is on the paleo diet

Lots of people on the forum use the LCHF way of eating. That is sillier to paleo, @Snapsy is LCHF I think...

Hi @ Natbat87 .. and welcome to the forum. Many folks here are following an LCHF lifestyle but, while this has similarities with the Paleo diet, there are some considerable differences - see link below for a good summary ..
