newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes

Hello, I am new to this site, just signed on. My name is Carmel. Have already got an underactive thyroid and for a while I thought my various symptoms were related to that, wondering why my thyroid medication didnt sort it out. My main symptom is frequent urination, and alwsays feeling like I need to go, though very little happens when I do. I dont get blurred vision, fatigue and all the other things listed but do have some sort of mouth ulcers, wheezing/cough when exerting and some other things I had presumed were due to the thyroid. I am 58 and overweight, finding it hard to lose weight, which can be due to thyroid too.

When I found out about my thyroid I wsa frightened. I dont like to take medication and much prefer natural things so spent a lot of time researching how to help myself.
