Hey VashtiB!
I used to have takeaways, usually one big meal in the afternoons, and then snack on crisps and chocolate in the evenings. Never had breakfast before. Takeaway meals used to be absolutely huge with 2 fries, 10 wings, and a chicken burger plus a whole load of sauces. Or another day it would be 2 separate curries with 3 large naans.
Now I have opted for healthier alternatives, I have totally reorganised my freezer and prep every 2 weeks, and my meals are all ready to be cooked within 15 minutes inside a air fryer
A normal day now includes 2 wraps/pittas with chicken, yoghurt, cucumber, and spring onions. I bulk with cucumber and spring onions, so I feel fuller for longer as they're lower calories.
Or I'll have cod fish with vegetables all air fried for convenience and not much oil either!
I use several spices, so I never get bored from the same wrap or fish, and they taste 10 times better than a takeaway! I've replaced the four coffees I had with 3 sugars in a day for diet coke and I'll have that once or twice a day. (Though I recognise they aren't great it's better than having coffee and I feel great!)
