Seems like your lunch is alot more variety than mine. Mine is just vegetables and some fish or chicken meat. That's all.
My snacks will be some nuts. Tried plain yoghurt but the taste is horrible.

The hot chocolate made with cocoa is lush, so much nicer than the sugar filled brands! 1 teaspoon pure cocoa, 2 teaspoons canderel, mix with boiling water, add double cream- and enjoy!!Yes fizzy drinks dumped. Maybe I could try some cocoa powder for hot chocolate
I totally understand that. Ive actually been quite depressed about not ever having my beloved cake, chocolate, biscuits and pastries again. BUT i ignored my diagnosis for four years, and in that time i comfort ate all i wanted, was driven crazy by the carb cravings, eating was all I thought about. Until i began to feel ill. My feet hurt, my knees hurt, I was constantly exhausted and had to take naps during the day, constantly cold and my hair began falling out. Searching my symptoms online is how I doubt this forum and discovered low carb high fat eating plan. And I can honestly say ive never eaten as much or as regularly in my life. Im not going to lie, the first few days low carbing nearly drove me insane but i stuck at it, I never feel hungry and my cravings are all but gone. If I have a moment of weakness I have a very sweet (sweetener) creamy coffee and that does the trick. Oh and in 10 days I have lost 1stone 4 pounds.
