Interesting short article in the Mail on Sunday's "You" magazine today, actually spouting forth about the benefits of low-carbing. This site was the first and only place I'd heard about cutting carbs and it's nice to see a mainstream paper doing the same. Who knows, Diabetes UK and other Diabetic associations might even start giving similar advice in time......
