Night time jumpy legs

Does anyone suffer with painful jumpy legs... Usually comes at night, when i try & relax in bed... Can't keep them still due to discomfort... Have tried all my usual pills, cocodamol, tramadol, gabapetin & amitryptiline + diclofenac... I really like some advise from any fellow sufferers... x

Try googling 'restless leg syndrome'.... It's very common and it's a bloomin nightmare - I get it too! There should be loads of info on google.
