Nighttime monitor

These are advertised in my Balance mag, and I wonder what people make of them. I regularly wake up in the morning feeling rubbish, even though I went to bed feeling fine. I have headaches, confusion etc. I suspect I may be having a hypo during the night and this monitor would be very useful. At £80, is it worth it?

This sounds interesting, 9 times out of 10 I wake up with my bg in double figures no matter what it is before I go to bed so I think this could be useful! I'll have to google n read about it!

i might be wrong but I have a feeling that the monitor referred to is a sweat alarm and will sound an alarm noise when the body has got very hot and so gives off loads of sweat. I don't think it will actually tell what the bg level is and it has been disputed that bg levels can go as low as under 2mmol before sweat happens so not really that ideal for adults.
