no laptop info

would anybody know why my laptop has suddenly stopped receiving my libre info ? my iPhone is still still getting up to date info but my laptop only goes up to Thursday , I think this may have happened before in the past but then started working again so i'me hoping it will correct itself .

Yes maybe , it's a bit worrying when their coming next week to remove my copper wired landline connection .
 
Are you asking about the LibreView website?
Also, what are you using on your iPhone to view the information?
 
yes I am talking about the Libre view website which has worked fine for the 4 yrs I have been using it and my iPhone is just blue toothed to the sensor which apart from other malfunctions has always worked fine .
 
Maybe if you have a download device, that may be broken
 
Could your LL app be accidentally signed out of your LV account?
