I drink no added sugar squash all the time, I hardly ever have hot drinks, and I can't stand water without something in it. I don't see any effect from it. My latest Hba1c the other day was 6.3% again, so not too bad. I easily go through at least 1 bottle of Robinsons a week, usually have a selection of flavours to choose from. My boss kindly buys it for me when he buys the coffee for the others.

Hi Lenny3,
Thanks for your input. I have to cut down on caffine and i don't like water on it's own. I'll try drinking more juice now i know it should 't affect my sugar levels. My last reading was.47%.
Best thing to do, is test your bg level after drinking, to see if it spikes your bg level. Some have no affect on me, others will put me into double figures.

Most squash (edit to add: without added sugar) seems to be 10% juice, 90% water, sweeteners and flavours which you then further dilute so I'd imagine that the effect on BG would be negligible.
One bottle amounts to half a glass (100ml = 8g carbs maybe?) spread over a week...
