I have recently started this nofap challenge and after 26 days my sugar levels have been unbelievable. I am a type 1, 28 year old bloke who exercises regularly.
My sugars are quite alright generally. But they do spike and they do drop. Especially when excercising. I havent experienced a hypo at all so far this year and the highest my sugars have reached has been 9.3. I will keep on documenting the changes as i go on with this challenge but january has been incredible so far
Check out the reddit thread if you ever feel like a challenge. There is support on there. I Honestly didnt buy into all the suggested benefits. But seriously my blood sugar is eerily stable.
Not necessarily. I manage my diabetes with the same routine. I do use my time more efficiently. Reading and studying. I suppose that has an effect on blood glucose? Lol
