How do noodles compare to rice in a low carb diet?
I have been substituting a small amount of noodles for rice in some of my stir fry meals.

It depends on the noodles. There's a magical noodle out there which has almost zero calories. Look for Shiritaki noodles. They're not as cheap as egg noodles but they're genius.
