Yes I do thank you. I don't want to cheat it (There's no point). My levels always go into amber when I had breakfast even if it's only a couple of boiled eggs. My waking levels are always in the high to mid 6's so anything to eat pushes it up. I've decided to skip breakfast and take a mid morning snack to work instead.
Be careful with the apps, in August my calculated HbA1c was in the low 30's, the actual about 10 points higher @ 44 (6.2).
There was a lot of tests in the app, so the two do not always correlate . My finger prick tests also agreed with the app, so it left me more confused than ever!
