Hey folks - type 2 Metformin dependent just recently deteriorated and crossed over to insulin (fast acting and long acting) and struggling with the transition. No other questions will be answered other than I'm a grumpy old (62) git called Al.

If those members who use insulin cannot ask any questions then how can they ascertain what aspects you are struggling with?

You may be grumpy - most men are - but you aren't old. 62 is but a spring chicken.
 
Greetings from sunny Cornwall, This is a great forum with great people, I have only been here a short time, but I have followed the teachings here, gone on a low carb diet using lots of butter, lost a stone, off gliclizide, and bloods falling towards non diabetic, don't be afraid to ask, someone will always answer. Joining this forum is the best move that I have made, it's getting me well again.
 
your just 1/3 older than me so you must be young
