They keep dragging diabetes into the reports, 35 per cent was the last one I heard.

People, they don't have enough data or analysis just yet. How many T1s, how many T2s? How many had uncontrolled numbers?

If you are T2, you should be working hard to get your numbers down, we can help with that.
 
So true. And the diabetes seems to be mentioned a lot today in UK news. In particular the reports that covid-19 is having a disproportionate effect on black and south Asian sufferers. They implied that could be down to higher levels of diabetes in that community. A lot of unknowns and very speculative claims being made right now. My last hba1c was 91. I feel concerned but I know I am doing everything I can to bring down my numbers through diet. That and staying in as much as I can do.
