Not sure on readings

Hello and welcome ☺ I think before given any advice we need a little more information from you. How often and when do you test? Are your readings just before your meals and then 2 hours after? These are the recommended dedicated times for testing along with you fasting bloods first thing in a morning. Also your diet can effect your bloods. Do you follow low carb high fat diet? as carbs are automatically turned to glucose in our bodies so many people find things such as cereals bread pasta rice and potatoes can raise sugars. I don't follow low carb high fat but have reduced the amount of carbs that I eat with every meal. Everyone is different and can tolerate various amounts.
