I've been tested with a Fasting test twice over the years. The last time I was asked to do one , I got weak with hunger, so i ate and didn't go for it. But these last few years 6 or so, I've been getting rounder (waistline) and tired and I've had increased sugar levels in urine and thrush a lot so I know that I need to watch my sugar intake. Log all your results to show your GP
