novo rapid not working properly?

among the other problems i am having i find the novorapid dose not work on me very fast and sometimes it seems if at all.....my long acting may be the same...i am aware i am very insulin resistent and am on max metformin...

but this morning i just took my correctional and an hour later before breakfast my blood had not moved....still on 17!!!!

whats that all about?????

its been incredibly slow for a long long time but this is just ridiculous
 
Are you rotating injecton sites? Have you any unusual lumps where you inject?
 
yes i rotate regularly and no there are no lumps
i find it doesn't normally hurt in the tummy, but occassionally its very painful

but on my legs its normally sore and or itchy....not always
 
How long had the insulin been out of the fridge? And had it got very hot at all, it should be kept below 30 degrees it says on the instructions
I find it's sometimes very painful though usually it doesn't hurt at all, I assume it's when I've hit a nerve or something like that?
