Hi has anyone had issues and fixes where the pen won't connect to libre app?

Just an update on this......

I called novo nordisk today and they said they're aware of an issue with the echo pen not scanning with the libre app .

Basically I was told to do a manual airshot and then try scanning and it scanned and set up the pen no problems.
