Good Morning
My name is John Bryant from a village called Winterborne Kingston in Dorset.
i am 66 years old and have suffered with Type 2 diabetes since 1996. It has become progressively worse over this period and i am now treated with insulin injected twice a day. I also suffer from an irregular heartbeat ( atrial fibrulation - I don't know isf that is how you spell it) and high cholesterol. I have recently had a detached retina possibly helped by diabetes related causes.
Apart from that I still am quite active and enjoy playing golf and running a village golf society and walking with my dog Max. I am about to embark on a contract with the London Olympics Sailing Events helping to transport Athletes,Officials and Press around the venue.
I would like to pay tribute to all that have helped me through all of my different ailments especially Dr. Cove and his Diabetic Team at Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester, they have been magnificent and I don't think I could have received better treatment anywhere else.
