Hi, i have changed from lantus to tresiba a few months ago and now going to change from Novorapid to Fiasp bolus. Just wondering how people have found fiasp and was there much change in ratios? Thanks.
Hi there. I changed from Novorapid to Fiasp in April but am on an insulin pump therefore can not comment on MDI and using Fiasp. But for me I didn't really notice much difference in I:C ratios but my pre bolus timings have reduced by around 50% and the active Insulin duration has reduced for me from approx 4 hrs to approx 3 hrs. And It also seems to be a little quicker to reduce a high when used as a correction and my post meal spikes are no where near as high.
