Nut free 'peanut butter' cookies

They should be called Tahini cookies, but I don't suppose it sounds as good! Not tried this but it looks so easy I'm going to give it a go! 1 cookie = Calories 109, Fat 10.2g Carbohydrates 1.3g, Sugar 0.4g, Fibre 1g, Protein 2.3g

Mmm, they look yummy and you can just leave the chocolate off can't you.
I always have a problem with american recipes and cups of ingredients. Do you know an imperial equivalent please?
