I’m trying to set my targets for carbs, protein, fat etc so that I can monitor them and see what works and what makes me feel better.
I have no idea what I should be having.
Any ideas?
At the moment starting off as just normal. I’m looking to reduce carbs but need away of inputting data. But the app won’t let me unless I set target. I just don’t know targets. Also need percentage of each thing.
So at moment just normal so I can start off then I can fiddle with it
Why not log what you normally do for 3 days of typical eating alongside blood test results 2 hours after a meal? Then gradually reduce whilst testing your bgs after meals to find out what you can tolerate and more importantly what you are willing to do...
As well as BG control do you need to lose body fat?
