You can eat whatever you choose to
but the only way
you can find out whether they are any good for
your glucose levels is to use a meter to do some testing, and see if you're happy or not with the results.
A portion of three pieces weighing 25g containing 16g carbs will work out at 64g carbs per 100 grams weight, which is a hell of a lot. And that small serving has around 1/3 of my chosen daily carbs "ration", so where I might just possibly try one, I'd certainly not eat the recommended portion of three at once, but then that's
my choice.
