Anyone still eating oats ? I seem to not be bad with 1/2 cup deliciously Ella granola or 1/2 cup rude health bircher muesli it seems to only give me a 1 point rise if I have the granola with 1/2 cup full fat goats yogurt and some frozen blueberries and goat milk with the bircher and same 1/3 cup frozen blueberries. Think I will reduce the carbs but keep this 1 bowl oats as it helps my bowel out a lot
I can have a 2/3 cup serving of Cheerio's with the same amount of milk at supper with a serving of Greek yogurt and my numbers 2 hrs pp are good, but I can't in the morning for breakfast.
Thank you. That's great . I only eat it for breakfast when I'm in the 5s blood sugar fasting level if it's not ,and it is a lot of the time, then I have a lower Carb thing maybe yogurt and flaxseeds or something veggie based with maybe cheese
