Obesity paradox.

A study has been conducted on survivors of heart attacks and it was found that the high risk group for another heart attack was not the obese survivors but their thinner counterparts with an acceptable BMI. :shock:
It may all be down to people's genes as to their future heart health. Perhaps we should blame our ancestors :roll:

Yeh! Yeh! Good idea, nice to have some one to blame for my extra pounds - a whole 80 of them. :lol: Thought I was having such a good day then had to go to doctors to have a dressing done on my leg (hope it's not an ulcer forming - **** painful) then had to get some more milk and a bar of chocolate seized me by the throat!! Delicous, but very naughty! :twisted:
