Having to forswear foods I have loved all my life.
Trying to find low carb meals when eating out.
Just to note that I use Libre 2 full time and I swap between arms with each sensor.
I have noted that I am slowly accumulating little red spots on my skin, a bit like finger prick scars.
I was wondering if this was the result of the sensor hitting a minor blood vessel when applied (every now and then there is a little stain on the underneath of the sensor when I take it off).
This isn't causing me any problems.
Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this.
