After being diagnosed type 2 in September 2016. I am now off Metformin and my doctor says I am normal. Not sure what that means. I was 40. I have lost three and a half stones. Do more walking and I am going to continue with my change in eating habits. Now got all new clothes. Big ones I have donated to the Air Ambula

Well done for taking control, losing weight and changing your life.

Well done I have lost weight too and also had to buy a new wardrobe donated mine to Sue Ryder cancer Charity Shop. My review is in July I am on 2 daily 500mg of Metformin at the moment see what doc says at next review about the meds, came down from 19.3 in Jan this year to in the 5s now.

That's good. I was on 2 X 500 Metformin. Keep it up and you may come off the tablets eventually. I will still be checked. Sue Ryder a good cause. ?

I forgot to say in my previous post. I bought the book Reverse your Diabetes by Dr David Cavan. It is very informative and well worth reading.
