Have you been eating carbs for a few days leading up to this? It's generally accepted that at least 130gr per day should be eaten for a few days prior to the OGTT. Not doing that increases your chances of a false positive test.

Already I do it today just I want to know if there any deference in future I take 50g of glucose before meal my blood sugar was 99mg/dl. After 2 hours my blood sugar turn 120mg/dl that is mean 50g of glucose = 21mg/dl ~1.2mmol
