Thanks Saz1, I've done my pre-brekkie test and its down to a semi respectable total of 8.7, and I'm having oatsosimple for brekkie so that should be ok. Will do another test in 2 hrs and then after lunch, and so on throughout the day, and see what my lowest will be. I've hardly done tests as the nurse said every 2 or 3 days would be sufficient, so I've dont it now and then, but obviously I've not done it anywhere near enough. I intend to be doing it a couple of times a day minimum after todays every meal.
Do you know the answer to my other question on whether I can have a drink within the two hours before or after a meal??? as I need to get myself right on this one but I'm totally unsure what with treating my condition more of a pain in the **** instead of treating with the respect my body deserves.
Cheers,
John
PS: I think I've asked this before months ago, but honestly can't remember what answer I was given
