Tell me who takes extra omega-3 fatty acids? What is your opinion?
I read that taking fish oil can improve blood sugar control and all sorts of benefits. I found in another article that it is not recommended to take it. But i found a good offer on YoursHerbs so I can save money to buy it.

My understanding is that the evidence for any benefits from omega 3 supplements is inconclusive.
I try and get enough through diet (so lots of fish, eggs, nuts and seeds) for heart health.
I take various supplements including a cod liver oil capsule daily. But that's just one part of my multiple approach to try and stay healthy. Different people have different challenges even within the same illness. We base our individual decisions on our individual challenges.
