I have heard that it is important to have omega 3 in your diet. I know that this is in oily fish. Does anyone know if this includes smoked mackerel and smoked salmon? I also heard that it is in walnuts. Any thing else? Thanks to anyone who can share info on this.
Grass-fed beef & lamb as well as butter from grass=fed cows have higher omega 3. Also the conversion to EPA and DHA (that's what you want from omega 3) is less efficient from vegetable sources. CHIA seeds highest plant based source of omega 3, fibre and protein, can be expensive my local Tesco selling off at £3 a tub 453g/16 oz think are £9.99 in Asda a tub.
