Hi all,
I really miss Cheese & ham Omelets since I became allergic to eggs about eight years ago.
I just wondered if there is anything you've come up with to replace such a dish or similar, please, all you experts cook out there?
Here's hoping.

Its usually the egg yolks that can cause allergy. My daughters first egg at 8 mths caused a reaction, but she grew out of it.
